Accommodation and Tariff

Tariff for Villa

  • Rs. 7000 /- per person

  • breakfast, lunch and dinner, tea, coffee, snacks, campfire, stay,1 safari (bus)

Tariff for Family room

  • Rs 4500rs per person

  • The accommodation includes a fixed menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner, tea, coffee, snacks campfire, stay,1safari (bus) weekdays 2.30 hours weekends 1.30 hours.

  • Kids below 7 are free and 8-11 years old are charged at 50%

  • Coffee/tea and evening snacks are included as part of the tariff.

  • Any additional menu or on-demand dishes will be charged extra subject to be informed prior and availability.

  • The addition of beds will be charged on an extra basis.


NOTE:- We do arrange Jeep Safaris and Boat Safaris for more details contact the team.


Dos and Don’ts

  • Please avoid carrying plastic bags.

  • Venturing outside the property beyond 7 PM is restricted.

  • Loud Music is Not Allowed.

  • Carry warm clothes, as it’s mostly cold in the evening.

  • Carry all specific needs such as medicines as the nearest market is 10 km away.

  • Request to maintain utmost care, as the stay is surrounded by Reserve Forest.

  • Take nothing but memories, leave nothing but footprints.


Activities

  • Jungle Safari - These safaris are run by the Forest Department of Karnataka and hence it will be subject to availability or prior booking.

  • Nature Walk

  • Know, Explore Agriculture

  • BBQ / Camp Fire - Will be arranged if informed prior. Additional charges applied.

  • Pets not allowed

  • Sightseeing extra charges per day 1000rs rs (Going in your car)

Cancellation policy

  • Booking is confirmed only after 50% advance is paid.

  • Full payment has to be made 3 days before the check-in date.

  • Cancellation is free, if it is before 10 days of check-in date.

  • 25% of the advance is charged if cancellation is made within 7-9 days.

  • 50% of the advance is charged if the cancellation is made 4 days before the check-in date.

  • No refund will be provided if cancellation is made 3 days before the check-in date.
