DAY O FRIDAY
Set off from Bangalore under the cloak
of the night at 9:30 PM
DAY 1 SATURDAY
• Kodaikanal beckons with the enchanting Silver Cascade Waterfalls a breathtaking spectacle awaiting your lens to capture its magic.
• Immerse yourself in the beauty, snap countless photos, and let the adventure begin!
• Arrive at our cozy Homestay around 8:00 AM.
• After a quick freshen-up and hearty breakfast, it's time to drop off our luggage and gear up for the day's escapades
• Head to Dolphin's Nose View Point, the starting point of our 3-kilometer trek.
• Tread amidst towering pine trees veiled in mist, with picturesque vistas accompanying every step.
• At Dolphin's Nose, brace yourself for a jaw-dropping panoramic view of the majestic mountains.
• Lunch break with a view - indulge in our packed lunch amidst nature's Grandeur.
• After lunch, trek back to base, making a pit stop at Vattakanal Waterfalls.
• Take in the breathtaking view from Coakers Walk Point before heading back to the Homestay.
• Relax with a steaming cup of coffee or tea, reminiscing about the day's adventures.
DAY 2 SUNDAY:
• Rise and shine, it's time for another day of exploration!
• After breakfast and checkout, journey to Manvannur Lake and Viewpoint for more mesmerizing sights.
• Snap away at the scenic beauty and create lasting memories.
• Next stop: Poombarai, the picturesque village nestled in nature's embrace.
• Explore the Pine Forest, Pillar Rocks, and Guna Caves along the way, each a wonder in its own right.
• Head back to Kodaikanal for a late lunch (your treat) and a well-deserved shopping spree.
• As the sun sets, bid farewell to this land of wonder and start our journey back to Bangalore, arriving around 5:00 AM on Monday, brimming with stories and unforgettable experiences.

GROUP SIZE:
1. 12 members per trip.
2. We would maintain an equal male-to-female ratio for most of our trips.
3. At least 8 members are required to confirm the trip ( this situation had never happened)
4. In case we fail to get the minimum required numbers, a full amount refund or option to transfer them to any other future trip will be provided
Important Note:
• No Luxury. We assure awesome memories in every trip, but not awesome facilities! We provide basic facilities in terms of food, travel & accommodation.
• No alcohol & smoking during Treks & adventure activities
• The itinerary is fixed. No special requests to change itinerary/schedule are permitted.
THINGS TO CARRY:
• Face Masks and Hand Sanitizers.
• Small backpack to carry your essentials during the trek.
• Power Bank.
• Water bottles — 2 (1 litre each)
• A comfortable pair of shoes with a good grip for trekking.
• Flip-flops for lazing around the campsite.
• Torch/Headlamp to be used at night.
• Portable chargers for your electronics.
• Extra pair of clothes to change into once wet.
• Polybags to pack your wet clothes.
NOTES:
* This is an adventurous and budget-friendly trip, plz come with an open and adjusting mindset.
* Arrangements will be basic, don't expect much comfort or luxury during the entire trip.
* Feel free to ask/speak to trip coordinators for any kind of help or requirement. For example: During the overnight journey, if you feel like taking an urgent break/stop, it's midnight and everybody is sleeping, don't hesitate, you can directly walk up to the co-ordinator or can make a phone call on his / her number & ask to stop the vehicle.
* Everybody should be prompt about the timings.
TERMS CONDITIONS:
Any client consuming alcohol, misbehaving, or causing delay during the event will be terminated from the event without any prior warning and no refund will be given. Such clients should arrange their transport on the way back, organizers do not hold responsibility for terminated clients. Littering, smoking & consumption of alcohol are banned. We can reduce the price by not adding any of the activities, accommodation, or food.
Team Weekend Trekkers shall not be responsible for any of your belongings, valuables, jewelry, etc. Kindly take care.

Any changes in the pickup location/timings will be informed to you 24 hours in advance.
Drop-off points shall be the same as the pick-up points.

Make an advance payment of 50% as advance for per person. Send payment screenshots in WhatsApp. You will receive a confirmation message in return.

WHAT NEXT AFTER BOOKING YOUR TRIP:
• These trips involve traveling with strangers and night stays (If
any). Please be mindful that: You will need to share your personal information with the team along with a copy of your ID card. You will need to share your co-traveler (s) contact details if you have booked more than one seat.
• Vehicle & Trip Leader details will be shared through the Whatsapp group on the trip day.
• The live location of the vehicle will be sent in groups once it starts at the first point.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
• Cancellation charges per person.
• 6 days or more before departure: 25% of total cost.
• 4 days before departure: 50% of total cost.
• Less than 3 days before departure: 100% of total cost.
• In case of unforeseen weather conditions activities may get cancelled. In such cases, operators will try their best to provide an alternate feasible.
