• Departure from Bangalore at 8:30 PM:

Day 1 (Saturday)1️⃣

• Arrive in Munnar by 9 AM.

• Experience the thrill of an elephant ride and feeding at Carmelagiri

Elephant Park.

• Visit the picturesque Mattupetty Dam for stunning views and exciting water activities like jet skiing and kayaking.🪂

• Indulge in a delicious lunch.🍲

• Explore Echo Point, where the mountains echo your voice, offering breathtaking panoramic views.⛰️

• Visit Kundala Dam for more water adventures.

• Check in at your homestay and enjoy a self-sponsored dinner.

Day 2 (Sunday)2️⃣

• Wake up at 3:00 AM for an exhilarating sunrise Jeep Ride to Kolukkumalai Hills, followed by a 2 km trek.

• Capture stunning pictures at Jaguar Rock's viewpoint.

• Visit the world's highest tea estate and savor a hot cup of chai.

• Return to the homestay by 11 AM, freshen up, and have breakfast.

• Check out by 11:30 AM and enjoy a self-sponsored lunch.

• Explore a tea estate with an optional factory visit.

• Head to Munnar Town for some shopping.

• Depart for Bangalore at 5:30 PM, enjoying a self-sponsored dinner on the way.

• Arrive in Bangalore by 5:00 AM on Monday (approximate time)

• 12 to 20 members per trip.

• We would maintain an equal male-to-female ratio for most of our trips.

• At least 5 members are required to confirm the trip.

• In case we fail to get the minimum required numbers. a full amount refund or option to transfer them to any other future trip will be provided.

Important Note:

• No Luxury. We assure awesome memories on every trip, but not awesome facilities! We provide basic facilities in terms of food, travel & accommodation.

• No alcohol & smoking during Treks & adventure activities

Notes:

• This is an adventurous and budget-friendly trip, please come with an open and adjusting mindset.

• Arrangements will be basic, don't expect much comfort or luxury during the entire trip.

• Feel free to ask/speak to trip coordinators for any kind of help or Requirement.

For example - During the overnight journey, if you feel like taking an urgent break/stop, it is midnight and everybody is sleeping, don't hesitate, you can directly walk up to the co-ordinator or make a phone call on his /her number & ask to stop the vehicle.

•Everybody should be prompt about the timings.

Terms & Conditions:📋

Any client consuming alcohol, misbehaving, or causing delay during the event will be terminated from the event without any prior warning and no refund will be given.

Such clients should arrange their transport to way back, organizers do not hold responsibility For terminated clients. Littering. smoking & consumption of alcohol is banned. We can reduce the price by not adding any of the activities, accommodation, or food.

Team Weekend Trekkers shall not be responsible for any of your belongings, valuables, jewelry, etc. Kindly take care.

• Please select your preferred pickup point on the checkout page

• Any changes in the pickup location/timings will be informed to you 24 hours in advance

• Drop-off points shall be the same as the pick-up points Payment Policy

• Make an advance payment of 50% amount as an advance for per person.

What's next after booking your trip:⚠️

These trips involve traveling with strangers and night stays (If any). Please be mindful that:

* You Will need to share your personal information With the team along with a copy of your ID card.

* You will need to share your co-traveler(s) contact details if you have booked more than one seat.

• Vehicle & Trip Leader details will be shared through a WhatsApp group on Che trip day.

• The live location of the vehicle will be sent in group once it starts at the first point.

Cancellation Policy:❌

• Cancellation charges per person

• 6 days or more before departure: 25% of total cost

• 4 days before departure: 50% of total cost

• Less than 3 days before departure: 100% of total cost.

• In case of unforeseen weather conditions activities may get cancelled. In such cases, an operator will try their best to provide an alternate feasible.

Itinerary:

Trekup reserves the right to modify or cancel the trip or part of the trip under circumstances, including but not limited to Acts Of God, road blockage, political unrest, sickness, accidents, events beyond Our control, etc. Any extra cost arising from such circumstances shall be borne by you on the spot. Wherever possible, Team Weekend Trekkers shall inform you of such changes in advance or while on the trip.

Facilities:

Trekup makes every effort to ensure the comfort of our guests, but Trekup requests you understand that the amenities around the trekking region may not be the same as the ones you are accustomed to, at home. Weather is another factor that will have a direct impact on your journey. Hence, you are requested to have patience, and enthusiasm and be prepared to compromise, before you choose to
